Request a room away from the main road to minimize noise disturbances during the night.

the breakfast was adequate, but only if you enjoy minimal options. also, the ceiling outside my room was dripping, who thought this was acceptable? after all that, a complimentary snack or any kind of upgrade woudl ve been nice. instead, i left feeling like a second-class citizen. it was truly disheartening.

During my family stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness of our Family Room A and the delightful assortment at breakfast. However, the pool was under renovation, which was disappointing for the kids who were looking forward to swimming. The staff was generally courteous, but some members seemed unapproachable. Overall, it was a decent experience that could be improved with better communication about facility availability.

10/10
The staff were wicked friendly, and the place was spotless. Breakfast had a ton of options, way more than I expected. The room was just right, not cramped. I loved the quiet area, perfect for morning walks. But the pool? Kinda on the smaller side, didn't feel like swimming much. Would definitely come back again, though!

upscale property, proximity to airport, variety of room sizes
The swimming pool is more of a puddle than a pool!!! It was dirty during our stay, which was disappointing. The Wi-Fi signal is weak on the upper floors, making it a struggle to connect. The information desk staff seemed unapproachable!!!

Mella Hotel was a great place for our family stay! The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and Filipino options. We loved the comfort of our Twin Room and the clean pool with a perfect temperature. There’s a convenience store right next door, and our short walk to a nearby mall was an added bonus. Staff were accommodating during our visit and did a fantastic job keeping everything tidy.
Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty on the higher floors.

I had a lovely stay with my family in a spacious Family Room A, and the breakfast spread was surprisingly delicious, especially the pancakes! We enjoyed the relaxing shallow end of the pool and the soothing back massage at the spa. The only bummer was that the Wi-Fi was a bit finicky in our room, but overall, we had a great time! 😊

I appreciated the comfortable King Room and the close proximity to the airport, making travel easy. The breakfast offered was decent, providing sustenance for our day, although barista coffee came at an extra charge.
The staff had a few awkward moments, mismanaging our requests and causing unnecessary confusion.

Nice stay with some room for improvement
I stayed for a night with my kids and found the place to be pretty clean and comfy. The staff were friendly, especially at the restaurant, where we enjoyed some nice meals. The kids liked the small play area, but it could use more entertainment options. The pool was kinda slippery, so just keep an eye on the little ones!

Recommend it for families looking for comfort
The dining options were fantastic with delicious food! Everything was clean and the breakfast had great daily variety that had my stomach satisfied.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable for what you get.
